Step 1
for quick coherence:
Focus on your heart
It is not a purely cognitive process, meaning thinking about your heart or visualizing it.
You direct your attention, from wherever it is, to the area of your heart. To do this, imagine breathing through your heart and place your hand over it.

Step 2
for quick coherence:
Breathe deeply and slowly.
This type of breathing relaxes the body and mind.
Count each inhale and each exhale to at least 5, ideally 7, until you reach a comfortable rhythm.

Step 3
for quick coherence:
Feel a positive emotion
It is important to truly trigger, in your being, regenerative emotions, such as: appreciation, gratitude, compassion, love, joy, contentment, etc.
You can do this by thinking about a person, a pet, a specific thing in your life, a situation, a walk in nature, etc.
